付款交易

本站所有商品定價皆為新台幣。我們接受線上信用卡、PayPal 付款方式，台灣地區另可選擇店自取等交易方式。

寄送 & 運費

運費將視收件地及包裹尺寸而定，結帳操作時系統將自動計算。台灣地區以國內快捷 / 包裹或是超商取貨為主。海外地區統一使用國際包裹 (International Air Mail) 寄送。若無特殊狀況將在收到訂單後三個工作天內完成寄出。

運送天數 & 適用地區

國內快捷、超取: 2-4日 / 適用台灣地區

國際包裹: 5-10日  /  適用台灣以外地區

運送天數皆僅供參考，實際依各物流系統為基準。

退換貨資訊

商品售出後非瑕疵、損壞概不接受退換貨服務，如遇上述狀況，請於收到商品七天內，立即來信至 waitingroom.tw@gmail.com 提出退換貨需求，我們將依瑕疵及庫存狀況提供維修、更換或退款之服務。退換貨商品需保持原有完整狀態，原始包裝、吊牌及所有配件。商品是否符合退換貨服務，Waiting Room 保有最終決定權。

PAYMENT

All prices marked as TWD (New Taiwan Dollar). We accept credit cards, PayPal for domestic costumers. For international purchases, we accept credit cards as payment.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size and weight of your items and your shipping location. Domestic orders will be shipped via Domestic Express Mail. International orders will be shipped via International Air Mail. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

TRANSIT TIME

Domestic : 2-4 days / International: 5-14 days. Deliver days is for reference only , the actual days still based on the each logistics system.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returned or exchange service only if product(s) is damaged or defective. Please notify waitingroom.tw@gmail.com within 7 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. We will repair the fault if possible. In the case that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product or refund the payment. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.  We hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
