Description

Steely Dan 創團人 Donald Fagen 於 1982 年發表的經典 AOR 專輯，當時 Steely Dan 因藥物問題正處於半解散狀態，在一段沮喪後回到錄音室，完成這張專輯。根基於 Steely Dan 的藍調、爵士、流行搖滾風格，但更為內涵歌詞也較陰暗，一方面又在主打歌〈IGY〉中強調相信光明未來，層次非常細膩。本專輯是 Donald Fagen 首次採用分軌錄音，亦是數位錄音技術早期的代表作，多年以來都是高傳真音響界熱愛的測試片之一。AOR 風格強調苛求細節、中產階級拘謹魅力最佳典範，強烈推薦給落日飛車的樂迷。
